More About Me

Who I work with, and how I approach care

I work with individuals of all ages — including those recovering from orthopedic or cardiac surgery, active individuals managing sports-related injuries, and older adults focused on healthy aging. I have particular expertise in strength and conditioning-based rehabilitation, helping patients rebuild capacity safely and effectively.

With my Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification, I also bring specialized golf-specific knowledge — whether the goal is staying healthy, reducing injury risk, or returning to the game after pain or surgery. Whether the goal is recovery, performance, or long-term health through aging, I aim to provide focused, professional care tailored to each patient.

Originally from the countryside of Nova Scotia, I stay active myself through rock climbing, soccer, watching Blue Jays games, and playing 18 holes of golf whenever I can.
